Instructor - Ruben Moreno - 'Acting for Film & Television'

Actor, Director, Screen-Writer and Drama Coach, has prominently appeared in over 400 television shows and movies. Two of Ruben's pictures, "Little Big Man", in which he played the Cherokee father of Dustin Hoffman with Faye Dunaway and "A Piece of Earth", in which he played the lead role - were nominated for an Academy Award. As a drama coach, Ruben teaches Film-Acting, Commercial Acting, and Voice-Overs.

Instructor - Aaron Buer - 'Improv' Acting Workshops

Aaron has a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from San Francisco State University, and possesses over 10 years of professional experience in flim, television and theatre. He was awarded the Irene Ryan Scholarship for acting excellence in 2004, for his portrayal of 'Danny' in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea.

Instructor - Denise Woods (or Associate) - 'Dialect Voice Class'

A former faculty member of the Julliard Drama Division, and now appointee to the Voice & Speech Faculty at Cal Arts. Woods currently works as a vocal coach with NBC Nightly News and the Today Show among others. Denise is honored to have been the dialect coach for many film celebrities including Danny Glover, Glen Thurman and others such as Will Smith in the Columbia film "Ali".

Instructors - Justin Love / Rick Cowling - 'Guitar'

Our guitar instructors are professional and versatile musicians who play all styles of music including jazz, rock and classical. Each has performed locally and world-wide. Rick tours regularly with Kenny Loggins and 'Industry' greats as: Brad Paisley, Bon- nie Raitt, Buffett, Frampton and others. Justin holds an Associate of Arts degree in Guitar.

A highly regarded licensed and certified voice pathologist and professional singer. (Therapy is also available for teachers, attorneys and other professionals with performance-related issues.)

Instructor - Heli Sterner - 'Fine Arts'

With a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from CSU Los Angeles,

Heli has crafted her expertise with fifteen years of professional

experience, and seven years of teaching in Fine Arts programs.

Ms. Sterner brings unmatched realism through unique attention

to detail, depth and color harmony.

Instructor - Spencer Moreno - 'Dance & Fitness'

An exceptionally talented 'Triple-Threat' . . . Spencer, is a dancer, actor & vocalist ! Additionally, he is an amazingly creative Choreographer and a part-time assistant director for our theatre arts program. Spencer is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.
